RUSHYY DELIVERY LLC DIVVY CARD USAGE AGREEMENT

 

This Rushyy Delivery LLC Divvy Card Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Rushyy Delivery LLC, a limited liability company (“Company”), and the undersigned contracted driver (“Driver”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Driver is authorized to use the Divvy cards (“cards”) issued by the Company.

 

  1. Card Usage

 

1.1. Authorized Use: The Driver is authorized to use the Divvy cards solely for the purpose of making business-related purchases required for orders assigned to them by Rushyy Delivery LLC. The cards are not for personal use, and any attempt to use the cards for personal expenses is strictly prohibited.

 

  1. Accountability

 

2.1. Accuracy of Orders: The Driver is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all orders placed using the cards. This includes verifying the items ordered, quantities, and any special instructions. Any order inaccuracies shall be the responsibility of the Driver.

 

2.2. Order Mess Ups: In the event of order inaccuracies or errors caused by the Driver’s actions or negligence, the Driver shall be responsible for resolving any issues, including any associated costs or fees incurred by Rushyy Delivery LLC as a result of such inaccuracies.

 

  1. Consequences of Violations

 

3.1. Account Deactivation: If the Driver is found to have misused the cards for personal expenses or engaged in unauthorized or unlawful activities, Rushyy Delivery LLC reserves the right to deactivate the Driver’s account entirely. The Driver shall be liable for any expenses or penalties incurred as a result of such misuse.

 

  1. Compliance with Company Policies

 

4.1. The Driver acknowledges that this Agreement is subject to and does not supersede any other Company policies or agreements related to financial matters or ethics. The Driver agrees to comply with all relevant Company policies and procedures in addition to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

 

  1. Termination

 

5.1. This Agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice, or by Rushyy Delivery LLC at any time, without notice, for any violation of its terms.

 

  1. Confidentiality

 

6.1. The terms of this Agreement, as well as any financial information or records related to card usage, shall be kept confidential by the Driver.

 

  1. Governing Law

 

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

 

  1. Entire Agreement

 

8.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written.
