What you need to know!
AGREEMENT
There is never a contract between you and Rushyy. Only an agreement. You’re free to turn your store off at any time and never take another Rushyy order.
There are no hidden fees or anything surprising. We’re grateful you’re letting us partner our business with yours. Without businesses like yours, we wouldn’t have a business. Not the other way around. So when I say there isn’t anything extra, I mean it.
MISTAKES
Mistakes happen. We’re all human, and mistakes are bound to happen. I’ve built a platform that helps eliminate a lot of the mistakes, but they still happen. So here is how we handle them. If a customer reaches out and states they were missing an item or something was wrong with their meal, then we will contact the store or restaurant. If it is found that the item was missed or incorrect, then we will either refund/credit the customer or re-dispatch a driver to deliver the corrected items. Either the price of the refund/credit or the driver’s return trip pay will be deducted from the store’s weekly payout and will reflect on their weekly reports.
If the error is the fault of Rushyy, say our driver dropped an item or maybe they delivered to the incorrect address, then we will reorder the items on a new order and redeliver. Or if a credit is required, for maybe a driver taking too long or getting hung up by a train or something, then we will provide that. I believe fault lies with the responsible party, and that’s how it is laid out in our agreement.
GETTING PAID
Payouts are on a weekly basis, and our payment periods are from Monday to Sunday.
We are working on a way for restaurants to be able to do instant cashouts (for a fee), but it is still in the works as of September 2023.
PRICING OF ITEMS
If you’re on the 0% Commission plan, we require you to set your prices to match your in-store prices.
For any other commission plans, you are free to raise your Rushyy prices to help offset the cost of the commission.
